James has hired a stunning function suite at a lavish hotel to host this year’s celebration, inviting 75 staff members and their families for an evening of food, fun, and festive cheer. With live entertainment to set the mood and a Santa’s Grotto for the kids, it’s going to be a night to remember. And, of course, everyone already knows what to expect when it comes to the food: Hog Roast Ripon’s famous Festive Menu is always the star of the show!

This year, we’re serving up a traditional turkey as the main event, with rich cranberry sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing. For those with strict dietary requirements, we’ll be offering our grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with tzatziki dip, sweet chilli sauce, and flatbreads.

On the side, our classic cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, golden roast potatoes, glazed seasonal vegetables, and homemade gravy will bring the flavours and colours of Christmas to life. And to finish off the meal, guests will be treated to our delectable homemade mince pies with warm brandy cream paired with alcohol-optional mulled wine!
