An Anniversary Party With Hog Roast Shipley
With Hog Roast Shipley catering your next party or event, you can be sure of top-notch service as well as delicious food served, regardless of your guests’ dietary needs, personal preferences or appetite. With so much more on offer than you might imagine (as you may infer from our name that we only cook sumptuous hog roasts, full of juicy, tender meat and crunchy, crispy crackling), you can treat your guests to what they know and love, in so many ways.
For many years now, our dedicated Hog Roast Shipley professionals have provided a great wealth of options, so you’ll see within our extensive menus that you can choose just a main to be served, or a main and a couple of sides, or a multi-course menu featuring a starter and dessert too, or even a selection of our handmade canapés. Our mains include spit-roasted meats like turkey, chicken beef and lamb, but we can cook something a bit more exotic if you prefer and you’ll also see choices for vegetarian and vegan guests, though we can always accommodate all kinds of other diets if needed too, like gluten-free or dairy-free.
It may be the case that one of our speciality menus is just the ticket for your special occasion instead, like our amazing Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three main meats (marinated and then slow-roasted on the day) as well as four sides, either hot or cold or a combination of the two. Our Loaded Fries, new for 2020, may be the perfect option for your guests instead, where we smother fresh-cooked chips with beef brisket or pulled pork, as well as slaw and melting cheese. Whatever you choose to be the main feature of your party, we’ve got you covered.
For a wedding anniversary party that Hog Roast Shipley catered yesterday, we cooked one of our famous hog roasts for hours on end and then after a rest, we carved away in order to make our mouthwatering pigs in buns – hot meat and crackling and our own-recipe apple sauce and stuffing, all crammed into fresh rolls and wraps. They were a huge hit and by the end of service, the hog had been stripped clean.
