And if you’re even luckier, you might stumble upon Hog Roast Beverley at one of these lively gatherings! This past weekend, we had the pleasure of catering at a Christmas market in a nearby town, and it was an absolute joy to see so many happy faces indulging in our signature hog roast.

Our food stole the spotlight, with crowds gathering for a taste of our slow-roasted pulled pork, lovingly piled onto gluten-free rolls. Topped with herby stuffing, crunchy crackling, and a generous dollop of zesty applesauce, it was the perfect antidote to the biting chill of the season.

All around us, the festive market buzzed with excitement as attendees wandered through stalls showcasing handcrafted trinkets and one-of-a-kind gifts. The scent of mulled wine mingled with the smoky aromas from food vendors like us, creating a magical atmosphere. Carnival rides spun joy into the air, with laughter and cheerful screams echoing down the streets.

For Hog Roast Beverley, the best part of the event was meeting so many wonderful people. From loyal customers stopping by for their yearly hog roast fix to first-timers who couldn’t resist the tantalising aroma wafting from our stall, each interaction was a delight. Even the frosty temperatures couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm, with steaming plates of our hog roast warming hearts (and hands!) throughout the day.

Our catering manager, Jon, was in his element, chatting with curious onlookers who marveled at the tender meat, perfect seasoning, and crispy crackling. We were thrilled to receive several event inquiries for the upcoming year—2025 looks to be busy and bright!
