Pork And Birds With A Hog Roast Hebden Bridge Wedding Dinner
It’s always a wonderful time any time we get invited out to cater a wedding. Wedding catering is among the most popular of our services here at Hog Roast Hebden Bridge, and that goes for both our team and our customers. For customers, our wedding dining is where we really go all out with the style and the luxury as we come ready to serve a special dining experience for the most special of days. For our teams themselves, wedding dining is again where we get to go all out, meaning we get to enjoy the best of our services and really turn on the style. It is also one of the events that is most a privilege to be a part of as each and every wedding is going to be one of the most important and memorable days in many people’s lives that day. To not only be a part of that, but to aid it too, is an immense privilege and what makes this job such a wonderful one.
This past weekend we joined the McMahons for their wedding out in a quiet spa and golf resort. It was a perfect spot both for bride and groom’s parties as the boys took to the links for the weekend and the girls could get all the pampering needed in the hotel spa. Our Hog Roast Hebden Bridge chefs weren’t quite so lucky, as come the day of the wedding we were hard at work producing an immense set course dining experience for the 300 odd guests in attendance.
Our service began with a welcome drink and canapes for guest entry into the reception. We find this is always a great way to start a wedding as it gives everyone a little taste of the brilliance to come for the main dinner while all the photos and chatting can be done. For our set course main we had options of our signature hog roast, a rotisserie cooked roast chicken, or our BBQ pulled jackfruit as the veggie alternative. Each came with all the usual trimmings.
It was a professional service well done, and we loved working in the beautiful venue. If our Hog Roast Hebden Bridge chefs ever get the time to come back, I’m sure they’d love a few swings out on the links!
