Last weekend, Hog Roast Skipton had the pleasure of attending a beer festival that had everyone buzzing with excitement. As seasoned veterans of the catering scene, we knew that our crispy crackling paired perfectly with an ice-cold, refreshing beer – and we weren’t the only ones who thought so! The organisers behind this event specifically requested our presence, knowing that our mouth-watering hog roast would be the ideal accompaniment to an afternoon of beer tasting and merriment.

The anticipation was palpable as guests flocked to the festival grounds on Sunday afternoon, eager to indulge in delicious flavours and delightful libations. And they were not disappointed! With locally brewed ales and craft beers flowing freely, the scene was set for an extraordinary celebration of all things beer.

But as you might have already guessed, it wasn’t just the drinks that had everyone buzzing. Each bite was an explosion of flavours, with the tender pulled pork, sage and onion stuffing, and sweet and tart applesauce perfectly complementing the crispy crackling.
