One of the best parts of being a caterer is the many incredible venues you get to attend. The thing about events is that they are so often being held in truly luxurious locations, seeing as typically the host is really looking to mark a particularly special occasion, or at the very least make it a memorable occasion.

We are lucky enough in Britain to have some truly remarkable sites, particularly as you get outside the big metropolitan cities and into the hills and valleys. Even if the weather doesn’t always hold up, we’ve got some excellent views to show off.

This is why outdoor dining is one of our favourite things to do here at Hog Roast Haworth. So many venues set themselves up with beautiful outer grounds, perfect for photos on a wedding day, or to host the biggest parties on a sunny day. It’s always a joy for our Hog Roast Haworth teams when we arrive to a site and see that they have excellent grounds ready to use. Part of our service looks best when done outdoors, because the hog roast itself comes off best when you get the full fiery and aromatic effect. Our mobile roasting machines thankfully allow us to still cook in the authentic spit style indoors, but where possible we love to get it outdoors, under our marquee tent, and really let this roast go hog wild for every guest to see and enjoy. Doing so out in the sun and with a spectacular hillside or beachside view just makes it all the better.

Now with the spring season here the Hog Roast Haworth is looking forward to being able to do more outdoor events more often.
